I am sure the price per night would be cheaper after the Chinese new year. I may consider another st
Room is comfortable, though small, congested. Breakfast, from the adjacent dim sum cafe, good, delicious. Bed is okay. Though price had increased compared to my last visit.
Price increase should not be so steep, though it was during the Chinese new year festival.

What was the highlight of M Boutique Hotel
It was my 3rd time staying in the hotel so even if I have one critique, i would still recommend it.
The room is cozy and the bed is pretty big and comfortable. I didnt have free breakfast so I cant review the food. The amenities inside the hotel room are also great especially the bathroom size.
Just one thing I’m not a fan of: the floor creaks loudly whenever you walk. It’s quite noisy to me, and I can hear other people approaching just by the sound of the floor.

Comfortable but v noisy
Comfortable, handy for restaurants and I felt safe.
I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the nearby karaoke bar. I realise this isn't the hotel's fault but perhaps they could supply ear plugs? Until then I recommend taking your own ear plugs.

M Boutique hotel
Clean, water provided. Staff attentive. Aircon worked well.
Guest laundry facility also used for cleaning rags and old cleaning towels, not acceptable for guests if you find out like i did. The rooms are too small, even a Premier room is very tight, anything under this room is even smaller. They sld think of combining 2 rooms for customers. I wld not stay here again.
